One of the perks of making this simple recipe is that it is made with simple ingredients which are easily available.
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon ghee
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup cashews
To begin with, bring a mortar with pestle and add walnuts into it. Now roughly crush them and keep them aside in a bowl. Now, finely crush the cashews as well.
Now, boil water in a wide pan and add sugar to it. The syrup should be of string consistency.
Next, over a medium flame, place a kadhai and heat ghee in it. Put in the walnuts and saute them for 2 minutes. Keep the flame to a low. Keep sauteing till the walnuts turn slightly brown.
Pour the prepared sugar syrup in this pan along with cashews. Keep stirring for 2 minutes. Serve it warm and relish its falvours!
