Carrot Fries


Who doesn’t love carrots? And especially when they are seasoned with a delicious mixture, made using extra virgin olive oil, curry powder along with kosher salt. It is very easy to make and equally easy to please any one’s taste buds. You can serve them on several occasions like kitty party, game night and pot luck. 10 carrot
2 tablespoon curry powder
1 pinch black pepper
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch oregano

Step 1
To begin with, preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, take carrots, wash them under running water and peel them. Cut them further into strips, lengthwise.

Step 2
Next place them in a bowl along with curry powder, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and oregano along with salt according to your taste. Make sure to coat the carrots with the said ingredients.

Step 3
Next, transfer the coated carrots in a baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with some honey. Once well cooked, take out, put them in a serving dish and serve along with any dip of your choice.
