Broccoli-Mushroom-Stir-Fry

Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry is a Chinese recipe which is prepared with broccoli, mushrooms, sauces and lots of spices. This snack dish caters out sweet yet tangy flavours that stimulate your taste buds and is a good way to get children to eat vegetables.

Ingredients
2 medium broccoli
salt as required
4 teaspoon peppercorns
8 spring onions
4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cup mushroom
ajinomoto as required
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 stalks celery
2 tablespoon sugar
4 ginger
1 litre water

Procedure:
Step 1
Wash broccoli and mushrooms under running water and keep them aside. Now, place a pressure cooker over medium flame and pour water and salt in it. Add broccoli and boil them.

Step 2
Chop ginger, garlic, spring onions and celery finely on a chopping board. Also, cut mushrooms into quarters and crush peppercorns.

Step 3
Next, place a frying pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once oil is heated, add chopped ginger, garlic and celery and fry until tender. Now, add spring onions and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Step 4
Add mushrooms and fry the mixture for 4-5 minutes more. Now add broccoli, salt, ajinomoto, crushed peppercorns, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar and mix them all well. Cook the mixture on high flame for 5-6 minutes. Serve!
