All you need to prepare this North Indian recipe is boondi that use in raita along with onion, tomato, cucumber and cornflakes for that crunchiness.
1/2 cup boondi
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon finely chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup cornflakes
2 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon salt
Take a large bowl and add boondi, cornflakes along with finely chopped onion, tomato and cucumber.
Toss them well and sprinkle salt and chaat masala in the bowl. Pour the lemon juice and mix well. Serve immediately.
