Bok Choy and Mushroom Stir Fry


Bok Choy and Mushroom Stir-Fry recipe is a blend of mild-flavoured, juicy bok choy and stir-fried mushrooms. If you are on a diet and trying to lose some weight then this salad recipe can be a delicious rescue.It is a delightful and tasty salad recipe that can be packed in the lunchbox.

500 gm leaves removed bok choy
2 cloves garlic
200 gm mushroom
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch kosher salt
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoon dry sherry
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch black pepper

Step 1
Wash the ginger and mince it in a small bowl. Chop the garlic in the same bowl. Heat a medium sized pan and add vegetable oil, garlic and ginger. Heat it on a medium flame. Stir it firmly for a while, then immediately add mushrooms and stir-fry until they turn brown.

Step 2
Add dry sherry and cook for about 30 seconds. Now, add the detached bok choy leaves and stalks and cook for a while. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes until bok choy turns tender and crisp. Serve hot, with your main dish.
