Baked Ragi Chakli is a healthy twist to the typical Gujarati Chakli recipe. This easy-to-make recipe is made with simple ingredients such as ragi flour, besan flour, ginger paste, chili, garlic paste, salt and oil. For all those who are watching weight and still want something tasty should try this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
250 gm ragi flour
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
4 teaspoon refined oil
150 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
salt as required
water as required

procedure:
Step 1
To prepare this healthy recipe, take ragi flour, gram flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add oil and pour enough water and knead a soft dough out of the mixture.

Step 2
Grease a baking tray with some oil and preheat the oven. Put the dough into the chakli maker and press out roundels of the dough.

Step 3
Put the tray in preheated oven and bake at 360°f for 15-20 minutes. Once the chaklis are baked, transfer them on a plate and let it cool. Store in an airtight container or serve and enjoy.
