2 bread slices
100 gm paneer
2 teaspoon tomato ketchup
4 tablespoon boiling water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup soya chunks
2 cup boiled potato
2 1/2 teaspoon refined oil
20 coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
To start with, take hot water in a big bowl and put sieve in a bowl. Pour the soya granules in the sieve and soak them for a while.
Now, take another bowl and grate paneer in it. Peel the boiled potatoes and add them to the bowl. Then, add chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper powder.
Take the bread slices and damp them with little water. Crumple the soggy bread into the bowl and mix well all the ingredients.
Lastly, take the soaked soya granules and squeeze the extra water from them. Add them to the bowl containing bread mixture and mix once again to incorporate the ingredients well.
Now, take a little amount of mixture in your hands and shape it into small rounded balls. Repeat the procedure to make more such balls.
Now, pre-heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius. Take a baking tray and grease with a little oil or you can also use a kitchen brush for greasing to avoid using much oil. Place the balls on the greased baking tray while maintaining the distance between each ball.
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake them for about 20 minutes. When done, remove the tray from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with your favourite sauce.
