Ingredients:
2 cup baked beans
2 tablespoon red chilli sauce
salt as required
10 tablespoon maize flour
10 tablespoon all purpose flour
4 tablespoon refined oil
1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup sliced avocados

Procedure:
Step 1
To make this delicious quesadilla recipe, grate mozzarella cheese in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step 2
Now bring a bowl and add all purpose flour, maize flour into it. Mix them and add salt and 4 tsp oil. Mix everything well and add enough water to knead a soft dough out of the mixture. When done, cover the bowl and keep it aside.

Step 3
Next, bring another bowl and add baked beans in it along with the sliced avacados. Mix in chilli sauce, salt and grated mozzarella cheese. Mix everything well. Keep the stuffing aside.

Step 4
Dust the rolling board with dry flour and take one portion of the prepared dough. With the help of a rolling pin, roll the portion into a circular disc. Now take a portion of the prepared stuffing and place it on one end of the circular disc. With the help of a spoon, spread the stuffing evenly on half of the disc.

Step 5
Fold the other half of the disc over the stuffed side in order to make a half moon. Seal the edges with the help of a fork.

Step 6
Put a non-stick pan over medium flame and add a little oil in it. Gently place the quesadilla over the pan and roast it until both sides have brown spots and turn golden.

Step 7
Transfer the quesadilla to a plate and repeat the process to make other quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into half and serve them with tomato ketchup or any other dip of your taste.
