Baby Corn Fritters is a delicious snack recipe, made using baby corns, egg, gram flour and a melange of spices. It is a delicious snack recipe and is a mouth-watering dish for occasions like kitty parties and picnics.

Ingredients:
2 handfuls baby corn
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1 egg
1 teaspoon thymol seeds
1/2 cup refined oil

For Marination:
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 pinch salt

Procedure:
Step 1
Combine the ginger and garlic paste along with lemon juice and salt in a bowl and marinate the corn in it for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Mix in the gram flour, egg, chili powder to coat the baby corns. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok on medium flame.

Step 3
Add a few baby corns and fry until crisp. Continue to fry the rest of the baby corn in similar batches.

Step 4
Serve immediately. They go well with mint sauce.
