1 cup refined oil
1/2 cup rice flour
water as required
1 tablespoon ghee
1/2 cup jaggery syrup
1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
To prepare this easy dessert recipe, take the jaggery syrup in a large bowl and slowly add rice flour to it using a sieve. Now add, melted ghee and cardamom powder to it.
Stir and mix the rice flour into jaggery syrup and kneed it into a hard dough as of chapati. Now take oil in a pan and put it over the medium flame. Then, grease your hand with some oil to divide the dough into equal proportions, make it into the round ball and then flatten it.
Now, cover them with seasame seed and fry deeply into hot oil from both sides until golden brown in colour. To remove excess oil press it hard between two turner spoons and garnish with sesame seed and few drop of Ghee. Serve hot!
