Ingredients:
200 gm wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
75 gm granulated sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 pinches salt
1/4 cup raisins
150 gm rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
60 gm brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 cup apple
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Procedure:
Step 1
To prepare this muffins recipe, preheat the oven at 350 degree Celsius. Next, take a large bowl and sift together wheat flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 2
Then, in a smaller bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, milk, oil, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla and raisins.

Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with bare hands until just combined. Do not over-mix.

Step 4
Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full, then place on oven’s upper rack and turn the temperature to 190 degree Celsius.

Step 5
Turn muffin pans at 180 degree Celsius after 10 minutes; check for softness after 15 minutes. Muffins usually take 20 to 25 minutes to cook completely. Allow to cool briefly (2-5 minutes) before removing from pan.

Step 6
Serve warm or at room temperature, as you like.
