Canapes made using mini buns, topped with lettuce leaves and pickled paneer (cottage cheese), this Achari Paneer Canape is an amazing appetizer.

Ingredients:
500 gm chopped into cubes paneer
100 gm hung curd
50 gm butter
2 tablespoon mustard oil
6 handfuls buns
1 piece shredded lettuce loose-leaf
30 gm peeled garlic
2 1/2 tablespoon achari masala

For Garnishing:
20 gm sprout bean

Procedure:
Step 1
Heat mustard oil to a smoking point and then add achari masala to it. Cook the spice mix nicely. Take it off the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Add this spice mix into hung curd and mix nicely.

Step 3
Cut cubes of paneer and marinate it with the pickled curd marinade for 5 mins.

Step 4
Shred the lettuce and store it in chilled water.

Step 5
Now cook the paneer on medium flame for 5 mins. Once cooked evenly, keep it aside.

Step 6
Add chopped garlic to softened butter. Now spread this butter on half sliced buns.

Step 7
Toast these buns on a non stick pan or in the oven.

Step 8
Take the toasted bread. Place lettuce leaves on it and add the pickled paneer on the top.

Step 9
Garnish with sprouts & serve.
